I think mr. Tjaarda would not held it for possible but I 3d printed the rear bumper for my serie 1 Longchamp.
The bumper is printed from ABS, a strong material, and printed in pieces of 20 cm and glued together with a layer of fiberglass at the back. I changed the design a bit, just to make it look somewhat less fragile, but not as clumsy as the series 2 bumpers.
You can also buy only he file and print the parts yourself, and glue them together. Also do the finish, filler and sanding, spraying. Any normal printer with a closed chamber will do.
A great way to start and learn 3d printing!
You could wrap it chrome to get a chrome finish. Never tried it myself, but its is possible to get a real chrome looking finish.
Be one of the first in the world driving around with a 3d printed bumper!
Shippiong costs are hight, because it's oversized so before buying contact me about pricing.
